AIIKS Experts Appointed to IPCC 7th Assessment Report Panel

AIIKS has secured a significant seat at the global table of climate science. Members of the institute participated in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) 7th Assessment Report (AR7) scoping meetings held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and more recently in Gabon. This involvement ensures that African Indigenous Knowledge Systems are integrated into global environmental early warning systems and predictive climate models, advocating for epistemic justice in international scientific discourse.
